With over 17 years professional experience in Marketing and Communication, she initiated her Marketing career in the high-end drinks business with a placement at J&B Whisky in London, later becoming part of the Marketing/Commercial team of Cartier Portugal for approximately 2 years. Tania then moved to the auto financial services at ALD Automotive- Grupo Société Générale, where she was Marketing and Communication director for 12 years.
She holds a degree in Business Communications from the Institute of Business Communication and Marketing (ISCEM); a postgraduate degree in Marketing Management from IDEFE/ ISEG, a postgraduate degree in Management, from Executive Education – Nova School of Business and Economics (UNL); a Masters degree in New Media and Web from FCSH (UNL). She recently completed the Women in Leadership Programme at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
